Toronto Junior Aeros Team Mandate: To provide an elite Junior women's program with high standards of commitment and skill development; To prepare players to play at the Senior and University levels and possibly national team levels; To maintain the Aeros reputation as a "high class" organization with a high code of conduct for players and team staff; To emphasize continuous improvement of the entire team and all players rather than individual statistics and winning all games; To promote the importance of a higher education for our players. The Aeros Mission: The Aeros Organization provides the following opportunities to young women who have a high level of commitment to our program on both Junior and Midget teams: The opportunity to enjoy playing hockey on our teams while contributing to the team's success; The opportunity to develop team and individual skills up to the highest level of women's hockey; The opportunity to develop life skills that will help them achieve success in other aspects of their lives. |
